Welcome to Neot Kedumim's Sukkot celebration!

General Information
For your convenience, you can find several booths around the park with information about the different holiday activities, and programs we offer all year long.
Trails
Holiday tour trails (in Hebrew)
The trails begin behind the Shikmim Pool. You will arrive at an intersection leading to two trails.
Please follow the signs directing to the trail you choose. Both trails are suitable for wheelchairs and baby strollers.
Guides can be found at specific points along the trails providing explanations and demonstrations.
We strongly recommend families with young children to follow one of the holiday trails.
Short Trail- (approximately 1 km)
The Brothers’ Threshing floor (Goren Ha’Achim)- Here you will learn about the preparations for a new agricultural season in anticipation of the first rain.
The ‘Agam’ Sukkah – Here you can meet the person responsible for setting up the water installations around the Etrog Pool, and learn about the benefits of the water flow from the reservoir to the Etrog grove.
Nehemia’s Sukkah (Sukkat Nehemia)– learn about the four species and their symbolism. The trail ends at the Sukkah exhibition. See explanation below.
Long Trail- (approximately 2 km)
Ruth’s Threshing floor (Goren Ruth)– Here you will learn about the preparations for a new agricultural season in anticipation of the first rain.
The Jebusite’s Cistern (Bor Ha’Yevusi)- Meet the ‘cistern keeper’ and listen to her share her life story and forecast of the coming rainy season.
The ‘Omer’ Sukkah (Sukkat HaOmer)- Learn about the four species and their symbolism.
Both trails end at the Sukkah exhibit, where you will see many different types of
sukkahs, according to descriptions in the Talmud.
Guided Tour in English:
Departure from the Summer Garden at 12:00 on Tues-Thurs, at 11:00 on Fri. Please register in advance at the information booth in the summer garden.
Tour will depart on condition that there will be a minimum number of participants. The tour is geared for adults and children from age 9 and above.
We strongly recommend families with small children to do one of the holiday trails mentioned above.
This tour does NOT follow the holiday trails.

Horesh Stage (Bimat HaHoresh)
“To the Cisterns- Nakdimon’s Story” An entertaining play written and performed by
Neot Kedumim’s staff. The duration of the show is approximately 25mins.
Times: Tues-Thurs 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:30.
Fri 11:00, 12:00, 13:30.
The Sukkah Exhibit area:
Musical performance: “Golden String Band”- Klezmer music for the entire family.
The duration of the show is 20 min.
Times: Tues-Thurs 11:30, 12:30, 13: 30, 14: 30, 15: 30, 16: 30
Fri: 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00
Sara’s Tent
Musical Station – Ido Ayalon plays music using bottles and water.
Duration of the show: 15 mins.
