Young Leadership Workshop at Neot Kedumim Park

Neot Kedumim, is the world's only biblical nature reserve, spread across 625 acres of restored landscape, hidden in quiet and picturesque foothills of Judea, between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. It is dotted with olive groves, wheat fields and vineyards, recreating the physical setting of the Bible. Here we use nature and the ancient scriptures as sources of inspiration for our guided tours and workshops.

The Young Leadership workshop is a fun and interactive experience offering variety of O.D.T exercises and leadership modules  such as ice-breaking activities, raft building, sheepherding, bows and arrows, outdoor cooking and other team-building and problem solving tasks designed by our leadership team.

The goals of the activities:

1. Designating visions and values
2. Bonding as a group
3. Learning to work together as a team
4. Developing sensitivity to diversity
5. Self-management and awareness

 

Length of Workshop: 3-4 hours

Suitable for ages 15-18

Maximum 25 participants per group
