Our group stopped here for a half day and we loved it!
An unusual tour in the Jerusalem area - very focused on the terrain and flora of the area.
Our tour included an interactive stop of crushing hyssop leaves with mortar and pestal (sounds weird but was fun) and we were serenaded by a group of young Jewish students who were there on a field trip.
We also had to try sorting a group of sheep from goats, and moving a herd from one place to another.
It's definitely not the typical tour where you just walk and listen, but very interactive.
You can bring in a picnic and have your lunch on-site.
Our guide was Sarah and she was remarkable. Probably one of the top 5 guides we've had in 30+ years of touring. Excellent.
